Directions for registering for the 2006 Summer Institute:

1. Click here to download the file "2006 Registration Form" to your desktop.

2. Open the Registration form using the program Adobe Acrobat Reader and type your registration information directly on the form.

3. Save it as "2006 Registration.YourFullName." (Example: 2006 Registration.CoreyEvans)

5. In the body of the email, please indicate name and email address of who/where the invoice should be sent.

6. You will receive an email confirmation that we received your registration within one week. At this time, you will receive an invoice for your registration fee.

7. If you are attending Summer Institute as a part of a group, please send all registration forms together so one invoice can be generated for the group (assuming that one party is responsible for payment).

8. Your payment is due in full 4 weeks from the date that you receive your invoice. Your registration is not guaranteed until we have received your full payment. Checks should be made out to Boston Arts Academy, with Summer Institute 2006 in the memo line.
